OUR PRODUCTS

Products are made based on your submitted designs. Color or layout may differ slightly due to screen or printing variations. By placing an order, you agree that your design is final and production will follow your submitted files.

We recommend all artwork files include a 3mm bleed from the border. Minor color deviations and print run variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Your order is confirmed once we accept it via email. We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Please provide accurate shipping and billing information. Payments must be made through the methods provided.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated production time will be shared upon confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect addresses. Buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes incurred.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or the error is ours. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
